The Spark-L-Pure Water Microfiltration System with Marine/RV mounting bracket is intended for use with fresh water supplies that are considered microbiologically acceptable relative to bacteria and smaller pathogens. Flow rates up to 26 gpm — more than enough for a household or yacht total water supply and for many commercial and industrial applications. This system removes fibers, visible dirt and scale, chlorine, foul tastes, odors, and many other contaminants, by incorporating extremely fine Microfiltration and Broad Spectrum Adsorption/Molecular Sieving into General Ecology’s unique Structured Matrix™ microfiltration technology but are not rated to remove water-borne pathogenic bacteria and viruses. This system does not desalinate.
