Facsimile/ mail orders:

Order form: Use a General Ecology® order form. Contact us to receive an order form by facsimile or mail.
No order form: Write down part number, product name and price from online catalog. Include the following
information: name, day time phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and its expiration date.

Note: Off-line orders in-stock are shipped within 2 business days after our receipt of prepaid order. We note orders received after 12:00 noon (ET) or on any non-business day (weekends, holidays) are not processed until the next business day. If chosen payment method is by check or money order, shipment is made upon bank\'s clearance of check, which typically occurs within 10 business days. Unless otherwise specified, shipping is by Fed Ex or UPS standard delivery. The carrier is determined by General Ecology, Inc. Express shipping is available for additional charge. Duties and tariffs applicable to international orders are required to be paid by customer upon receipt of product.
