We are confident customers will be satisfied with General Ecology water purification and microfiltration products. If you are unsatisfied, we gladly try to address your concerns or you may return products purchased at our online store within 30 days of receipt for refund of purchase price. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer as do the shipping charges incurred by the customer in returning the product to General Ecology Inc. Products returned that have been damaged by a customer's improper use or care may be subject to a restocking charge.
